This free one-day conference, hosted by the Healthier Washington Practice Transformation Support Hub, offers sessions on physical health integration for behavioral health settings, behavioral health integration for primary care settings, and value-based payment models, state and federal.
The conference is for behavioral health organizations, primary care practices and interested stakeholders working towards:
