Ms. Fleury currently oversees an American Diabetes Association accredited Diabetes Self-Management Program within multiple physician offices. She oversees a community-based, CDC-recognized Diabetes Prevention Program and Living Well with Diabetes workshops. INHS focuses on bridging together important clinical and community linkages for a successful, reimbursable program to improve community access and provide sustainable services.
