The U.S. Surgeon General VADM Jerome Adams, MD, MPH, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Brenda Fitzgerald, MD, alongside other chronic disease experts will participate in a National Association of Chronic Disease Directors panel discussion and live webcast, “Better Health Through Better Partnerships: How State Public Health Agencies Can Foster Innovative Relationships to Support Population Health.” Additional panelists include: Ursula Bauer, PhD, MPH, Director of the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion at CDC and NACDD Board President Jean O’Connor, JD, DrPH. The panel discussion will be followed by a brief Q&A.
