KEYNOTE: Transforming Clinical Practice, the San Diego Story

Thomas E. Page, M.D. is a practicing pediatrician and a leader in San Diego
community pediatrics for the past 35 years. He is a founding member and
immediate Past President of Children’s Primary Care Medical Group (CPCMG),
one of the largest physician-owned, pediatric primary care groups in the United
States. In addition, Dr. Page is a founder and Chairman of the Board of Children’s
Physicians Medical Group (CPMG), one of the few pediatric-only Independent
Provider Associations (IPAs) in the country. Dr. Page brought together CPCMG,
CPMG, Rady Children’s Physician Management Services, and Rady Children’s
Specialists of San Diego to form the Rady Children’s Health Network. As Director
of Clinical Integration, Dr. Page is developing and implementing Clinical Practice
Guidelines and Practice Efficiency Guidelines throughout the Integrated
Delivery System.
