Promtotional materials for the National Diabetes Prevention Program

We have just launched a new promotional campaign for the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). Our “You Can Make a Change for Life” campaign lets people know that, while they may be at risk for diabetes, they can take action to prevent its onset. These materials are intended to promote programs that are recognized or pending recognition from the National Diabetes Prevention Recognition Program.

March 28th is Alert Day!

Join the American Diabetes Association (ADA) in promoting Alert Day on March 28th.  This "is a day to sound the alarm about the prevalence of type 2 diabetes in American adults."  Find more information, including the ADA's Type 2 Diabetes Risk Test, here.
