Washington State University - Diabetes Research Initiative

Mission Statement: The WSU Diabetes Initiative is a team of faculty and staff dedicated to advancing scientific research and funding to reduce mortality and morbidity from diabetes in Eastern Washington.

The WSU Diabetes Initiative conducts two forums each year. The Fall forum facilitates sharing of information on new research projects related to diabetes. The Spring forum provides an environment to share research findings and to investigate new external funding opportunties for diabetes research at Washington State University.

...a clearinghouse of activities, ideas, best practices, links and resources.  We aim to provide useful, credible information to the Washington State Diabetes Network, and to foster collaboration and communication. The Washington State Diabetes Network is a broad array of organizations and people working in public, private, tribal, community and academic/training sectors to prevent and control diabetes and hypertension among residents of Washington.
