How to become a contributor

The Diabetes Connection encourages submissions from organizations whose work is related to prevention and control of diabetes and is based or has a significant presence in the State of Washington.

To become a contributor and post your organization's events, resources, or profile on the Connection you must first request a user account. You can do that by clicking on the "Request a User Acount" link below and filling out the join form.

Request a User Account

When filling out the join form make sure you check the box marked "I am interested in contributing information to the Connection, please set me up with a user account."

If you also want to submit your organization's profile to the Connection, also check the box marked "I would like to add my organization as a partner on the Connection."

Before you become a contributor, please read the "Submission Guidelines" to learn what content can and cannot be posted onto the Connection.

 Submission Guidelines

After you fill out and submit the join form you will receive an immediate confirmation that your application has been sucessfully submitted, followed by an email confirmation, user id, and instructions to set up a password.
