Aging and Disability Services Administration in partnership with the Department of Health are sponsoring this one-day conference for health and social services professionals and providers to  explore:

  • An overview of statewide accomplishments towards healthy aging programs
  • Keynote by Nancy Whitelaw with the National Council on Aging
  • A demonstration of a health aging fitness program
  • Presentations by providers of evidence based programs for healthy aging
  • Discussions regarding sustainability, partnerships and innovations
